Today, GoPro unveiled their new entry level action camera, the Hero+, which boasts Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity and a price tag that won’t break the bank.
Back in June, GoPro unveiled the $ 300 Hero+ LCD, but the cheaper Hero+ is essentially the same camera minus an LCD screen. The Hero+ captures 1080p60 and 720p60 video, as well as 8MP still photos. Like its fellow Hero brethren, the new action cam has Time Lapse and Burst capture modes, is integrated into a GoPro waterproof housing, and allows users to connect the GoPro mobile app through Wi-Fi.
